1. Structural design and load calculation
(1) Earthquake resistance: Steel structures have good ductility and better earthquake resistance than concrete structures.
(2) Wind resistance: We need to consider local wind loads (such as typhoons and strong wind areas) to ensure that the roof and wall panels are firmly connected to prevent overturning.
(3) Snow load: Our technicians in northern regions will calculate snow pressure to prevent snow accumulation from causing roof deformation or collapse.
(4) Crane load: If there are cranes or cranes, we will additionally strengthen the supporting structure.
2. Material quality
(1) Steel grade: Our commonly used materials are Q235B, Q355B, etc., all of which are equipped with material certificates. We will never use inferior steel.
(2) Anti-corrosion and fireproofing:
Anti-corrosion: All our materials are hot-dip galvanized or coated with anti-rust paint according to customer requirements to prevent rust (protection will be strengthened in coastal areas and chemical zones). Fireproofing: We will spray fireproof coatings or use fireproof panels to ensure that the fire resistance limit is met (e.g. 1-2 hours).
3. Construction Quality
(1) Welding/Bolt Connections: Welds are inspected for flaws and high-strength bolts are installed according to torque, ensuring no false welds or missing bolts.
(2) Installation Accuracy: The verticality and horizontality of beams and columns meet the specifications and will not affect the overall stability.
