2. Clean the roof: Regularly clear fallen leaves, dust, and snow from the roof (especially in northern winter to prevent heavy snow accumulation from collapsing the roof). Inspect the roof color steel plates for deformation and leaks (for example, aging sealant at roof joints).
3. Maintain auxiliary systems: Check column supports and purlin braces for looseness. If loose, tighten the bolts immediately. Regularly lubricate rolling shutters and ventilation equipment to ensure smooth opening and closing.
4. Avoid overloading: Store goods strictly according to the designed load capacity. Do not randomly stack heavy objects (such as construction materials) on the roof to prevent long-term overloading and deformation of steel components.
